Terms and Conditions
Your guide is in charge of the tour.

Japan Tours by Professionals are run by members of the Japan Guide Association.

For inquiries about the tours, please contact the guide of the tour at his/her e-mail address or cell phone number provided on the relevant tour page. The tour and payment conditions shall be agreed between you and your guide.

JGA Head Office cannot respond to any inquiry. JGA shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of both parties resulting from his/her agreement and arrangement and also not in a position to be involved with them. JGA shall not be responsible for any accident, loss or damage which the customer or any other person might suffer as a result of the tour and the customer agrees to release and indemnify JGA from and against any such claim in that respect.

Application Apply for the tour no later than 24 hours before the tour starts. To apply on the day of the tour, call the guide directly for availability.
Payment Pay to the guide at the meeting point before the tour starts. Please note that for most tours, only Japanese yen in cash is accepted.
Cancellations In case of cancellation, contact the guide as soon as possible by e-mail. There is no cancellation charge if the notice is received 24 hours before the tour starts.
Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
Other conditions Some tours have more conditions besides those mentioned above. Please check "Note" section of the tour.
Insurance is not included in the tour. Please make sure to have your own insurance appropriate to your needs before joining the tour.
